Correction to: Santiago Guijarro, “The Frankfurt Amulet. Popular Christianity in the Limes Germanicus”, Isidorianum 34/1 (2025) 25-48, https://doi.org/10.46543/ISID.2534.1004
Acknowledgement and Correction: The Editors of Isidorianum wish to record their gratitude to the Leibniz-Zentrum für Archäologie (LEIZA, Mainz), successor institution to the Römisch-Germanisches Zentralmuseum —founded in 1852— and today one of the leading European centres for archaeological research. The digital unrolling of the silver foil that made it possible to identify the text of the amulet is the work of its imaging laboratories, and without that technical work the present article could not have been written. We are likewise grateful to LEIZA for informing us of the study its researchers are preparing on the site where the amulet was found, in connection with their ongoing excavation and documentation work; we look forward to that publication with great interest, and this journal will refer to it in due course. The Editors further acknowledge that Figures of the article were published without the credit due to J. Stelzner (LEIZA) as the author of the reproduced material. This was an editorial oversight, not a deliberate omission, and this note corrects it formally: the captions of the three figures should now read with the addition “© J. Stelzner/LEIZA – Leibniz-Zentrum für Archäologie, Mainz. Digital unrolling of the silver foil carried out by J. Stelzner, LEIZA.” The online version of the article has been corrected accordingly and retains its bibliographic reference and DOI (https://doi.org/10.46543/ISID.2534.1004), which are unaffected by this correction.
