The Grand Chancellor of the San Isidoro Faculty of Theology of Seville, His Excellency and Most Rev. Mr. José Ángel Saiz Meneses, has recently approved the new Regulations of both the San Isidoro School of Theology of Seville and the San Isidoro and San Leandro Higher Institute of Religious Sciences, as part of the process of updating the regulations of both academic institutions.
New Regulations of the Faculty of Theology
The new General Regulations of the San Isidoro School of Theology of Seville were unanimously ratified by the Board of the Faculty in an extraordinary session on May 19. This document updates the previous articles, adapting them to the new Statutes of the Faculty, approved by the Dicastery for Culture and Education on August 12, 2024.

New Regulations of the Higher Institute of Religious Sciences
Similarly, the Grand Chancellor has approved the Regulations of the St. Isidore and St. Leander Higher Institute of Religious Sciences, presented by the Council of the Institute and also unanimously ratified by the Faculty Board in the same extraordinary session of May 19. The new Regulations maintain the structure of the previous one, incorporating the necessary adaptations to the Statutes of the ISCR, approved by the Dicastery for Culture and Education on March 18, 2025.

Approval of the Budget 2025-2026
Finally, the Grand Chancellor has also approved the budgets for the next academic year 2025-2026, thus consolidating the regulatory and economic framework necessary for the proper development of the academic and pastoral activities of our institutions.
